Sales Certification Modules

To begin your self-paced training, please select from any of the current available sales certification modules listed below. You may take your certification exam immediately after reviewing a module or you may return at a later time to complete the exam.

Certification Exams

Each sales certification module has a web-based exam associated with it. Each exam consists of 15 questions and a score of 80% or better is passing. Results are published immediately to the students.

Re-certification Requirements

Trend Micro sales certifications are valid for one year from the date of certification. To maintain Trend Micro Certified Sales Representative or Trend Micro Certified Sales Specialist status, partners must be current on at least four (4) or eight (8) certification modules, respectively. Annually, at re-certification time, if any of the modules that you have been certified on have been updated or discontinued, you must re-certify on those modules or on an equivalent number of other modules. If at re-certification time the modules have not changed nor been discontinued, your current certification status will be valid for another year.

Upon becoming a Trend Micro Certified Sales Representative or a Trend Micro Certified Sales Specialist, you are uniquely positioned to market, recommend and sell Trend Micro products. By becoming Trend Micro sales certified, you have gained valuable skills that will help you optimize your customers’ security infrastructure and, furthermore, you now have access to the most recent security technology information and resources. For completing Trend Micro sales certification, you will receive a Trend Micro Certification Kit that includes among many things a framed certificate, sales tool CD, product brochures, product cheat sheets, and a nice premium gift.
