Trend Micro Certification Program Overview ~ Technical
The Trend Micro Technical Certification program consists of live classroom and e-learning training designed for sales and support engineers who are looking to enhance their technical knowledge of Trend Micro products. The program consists of three levels of technical certification: Trend micro Certified Security Professional (TCSR), Trend Micro Certified Security Expert (TCSE) and Trend Micro Certified Security Master (TCSM). Students will receive an understanding of how to deploy, configure, administrate and perform basic troubleshooting for Trend Micro products.
Classroom technical training is offered free of charge to Trend Micro Premier Partners. There is a nominal fee for Associate partners. The e-learning sessions are offered for a variety of the products and are offered free of charge for ALL Trend Micro partners. Pre-registration is required for both the classroom and e-learning sessions.
Foundation Course (TFC)
TFC certification indicates basic knowledge of Trend Micro – the company, products and services. TFC is a one-hour, self-paced, online certification module and is a prerequisite to any of the certification levels.

Trend Micro™ Certified Security Professional (TCSP)
TCSP certification indicates advanced knowledge of a specific Trend Micro product. The prerequisite for the Trend Micro Certified Security Professional (TCSP) certification is successful completion of the Trend Micro Foundation Course (TFC), a self-paced, online training course and exam. Upon successful completion of TFC and any Professional-level certification course (Level 2) and exam, you achieve Trend Micro Certified Security Professional-level certification.

Trend Micro™ Certified Security Expert (TCSE)
Trend Micro Certified Security Expert (TCSE) certification indicates a detailed working knowledge of a number of Trend Micro security products.
» The prerequisite for the Trend Micro Certified Security Expert (TCSE) certification is successful completion of the Trend Micro Foundation Course (TFC) and exam.
» Upon successful completion of the TFC and six (6) Professional-level certification courses (Level 2) and exams, you achieve Trend Micro Certified Security Expert-level certification.

Trend Micro™ Certified Security Master (TCSM)
Trend Micro Certified Security Master (TCSM) certification indicates an extensive working knowledge of a specific Trend Micro security product. To achieve TCSM certification, an individual must successfully complete one Level 3 certification course and pass the Level 3 exam. The prerequisite for the Trend Micro Certified Security Master (TCSM) certification is an existing valid certificate for the Trend Micro Security Professional (TCSP) of this product.
